It shows relatively profitable sector for a secure investment. main objective this study review analyze volume education. literature review, survey design was used, materials were collected using purposive sampling. analysis concludes that on can be analyzed based additional year schooling, sex, levels education, occupations, geographical regions, countries, sectors. Different studies conducted in different countries reveal size differs according categories mentioned above. means overall returns seem highly heterogeneous. Likewise, most show private females higher than males; tertiary level's are other levels, urban sector's rural sector.
